RELX APAC | Shutdown Announcement

Dear RELX users,

We have recently made some changes to our online store to serve you better. This includes winding down our RELX APAC website (apac.relxnow.com) beginning on 1st July 2023, and launching a new and improved site at relxnow.com.au.
You will have until 22:00 27th June 2023 to purchase products at the clearance sale price (up to 50% off *Product purchased can't be returned & refunded, please place your order carefully), after that, the shopping feature will be hidden, and you will no longer be able to purchase on RELXNOW APAC site. 

 

You can continue purchasing your favorite RELX products and browse the full range of our products at our new site with a seamless experience. This new site will offer a free prescription application which is valid at any local pharmacy, free fast shipping for orders above $99.00.

You can be assured that all our products are also fully compliant with the Therapeutic Goods Order (TGO) 110.

We understand the importance of after-sales service and warranty support. Due to the current Australian Regulations, all products purchased through the Personal Importation Scheme (PIS) will need to be carried out by a PIS operator. 

 

As such, we are pleased to inform you that relxaustralia.com, our trusted distribution platform, will now handle the after-sales service for all products that you purchased from Apac.relxnow.com. Should you require any assistance or have any warranty-related queries, please reach out to their support team at support@relxaustralia.com. They will be more than happy to assist you promptly and efficiently. Please note that the after-sales Terms & Conditions remain the same.
